mini wedding package (4-10 people)
$2500 + HST – 2 Hour Package
- Custom ceremony – minimum 4 people + 6 guests.
- One bottle of bubbly and custom grazing board for 10.
- One bouquet and one boutonniere.
- Dave Welsford Photography for 2 hours.
- Speaker system for ceremony music (for your playlist).
- Coordination and hand holding.
Coordination includes:
- Initial meeting + 2 additional meetings (one being at the restaurant).
- 2-4 hours of coordination.
- Attend rehearsal, if requested.
midi wedding package (11-20 people)
$7,500 + Gratuity and HST. This includes the following (assuming a Saturday wedding):
- Happy Little Trees Apartment for Friday and Saturday night.
- 3 Queen Suites in the Inn for Saturday night for other guests.
- Danielle King officiating the ceremony.
- Day-of Coordination.
- 4:00 or 4:30 ceremony.
- Use of the private dining room/courtyard patio only from 5:00 to 11:00 pm.
- The value of the above is $5000 + HST.
- The remaining $2,500 is the food and beverage minimum spend. We would be charging a gratuity of 18% and then the provincial HST of 15%.
Coordination includes the following:
- Initial meeting + two additional (2) meetings with the couple including one meeting at the reception venue.
Coordination of the wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding. - Scheduling of all wedding related events in a detailed itinerary.
- Phone/email confirmations with all vendors.
- Up to 6-8 hours of coordination on the wedding day itself.
- Decor setup prior to event.
- Attend rehearsal, if requested.
maxi wedding package (21-50 people)
$12,500 + Gratuity and HST. This rental includes the following (assuming a Saturday wedding):
- Happy Little Trees Apartment for Friday and Saturday.
- 3 Queen Suites in the Inn for Friday and Saturday night for other guests.
- Danielle King officiating the ceremony.
- Wedding rehearsal on the Friday before the wedding.
- Continental breakfast for the wedding party
- Customised wedding ceremony playlist and cocktail music for (2 hours total)
- Wedding Coordination
- Rental of the Kitch’inn for the full day on the Saturday, from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm.
The value of the above is $7500 + HST.
The remaining $5000 is the food and beverage minimum spend. We would be charging a gratuity of 18% and then the provincial HST of 15%.
Wedding coordination includes the following:
- Initial meeting + five (5) additional meetings with the couple including one meeting at the reception venue.
- A detailed budget consultation as the first meeting.
- Coordination of the wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding.
- Scheduling of all wedding related events in a detailed itinerary.
- Phone/email confirmations with all vendors.
- Up to 12 hours of coordination on the wedding day itself, including tabletop set up.
- Payment of vendors on the wedding day, if required.
- One additional staff.
- Decor setup prior to event start time.
- Attend rehearsal, if requested.
